RecommendedVisited Buck Creek for the first time in August 2019. Two hours after getting setup, my wife was ready to make reservations for the whole season and leave to camper there that trip. Dan and his son were great hosts and keep the grounds "...ready for inspection..." all the time. They did make our experience one of great relaxation; even loaning some tools when our awning failed as we were packing to come home. I'd recommend Buck Creek anytime!

Great place. Clean quite nice roomy sites and best of all are the 2 swimming holes right on the campground river. If in the area again will stay there Thanks Dan!!
When we arrived we were greeted my "Dan the man". very nice guy. Explained what was going on in the area for the weekend and kindly showed us where to go. The sites are clean and very comfortable. our site was on the creek side and was very relaxing just listening to the water run through. The bathroom and showers were normal but clean. there wasnt any activities to keep busy though. It was boring for the little kids. All in all, I'd highly recommend this place if you wanted nothing but peace and quite .

We looked for a mountain campground on a nice creek, easy to get to with a 29' class A. We hit the jackpot with this place! Dan was so accommodating & our site was clean & ready when we arrived! We could swim at the back of our campsite! We highly recommend this campground!
