Recommendednice place to stay.a little over priced for what you get. staff was very helpful. quite and creek side is great. wifi is slow at times as well as cell service.

Beautiful clean campground with level sites and the friendliest folks that even helped us newbies park effortlessly! The swimming holes are picturesque and refreshing, my kids couldn’t get enough jumping off the rocks into the deep plunge pools. We even caught a few fish. The water was crystal clear and there were great areas to sit your chair in the shade while the kids splash around. The big field was great for running the dog and for the kids to play games. Highly recommend! We will certainly be back again and again!

we love Buck creek. Justin and the other guy ( sorry i cant remember his name ) was very helpful and very informative about the area. its a very beautiful and peaceful place. we cant wait to go back Had a great time Randy & Paula
Best campground around...we planned a last minute camping trip to Bucks Creek Campground. Our truck had mechanical issues on the way to the campground causing us to turn around and cancel our trip. These folks could have but didn’t charge us one red cent. They were glad we made it back home safe and asked us to come again. It doesn’t get any better. ❤️😁
This past weekend was my family's first-time camping in a travel trailer or RV, and we loved it. The team at Buck Creek was outstanding! First, Justin was great to work with as we reserved our spot and he took the time to walk me through all we needed to know about arriving at the camp. Then, once there, Keesler (sp?) and Justin were great in answering all our questions. Buck Creek is a great location to make side trips to the Linville (falls, caverns, and gorge) and Mt. Mitchell. First time visiting BC RV park. It is great, just what we needed, away from all the stress of what is going on in our country right now. Justin, the owner was very accommodating. It is quiet, peaceful stay. Love the site on along the creek. Very well kept campground!
We love this campground! Not lots of amenities particularly with Covid going on but this place is great all on its own. Love the river, plenty to do in the area & glorious cool weather here in the mountains. The park is well maintained & the staff is super nice. Definitely want to return!
