Put our camper at Buck Creek April, 2015....We have no worries when we are not there... Dan and his son Justin do a wonderful job keeping the grounds neat and clean...
Cannot believe that a person can be so self centered and tell people your not welcome here because you are friends and have fun with other campers. Not the kind of place I want to be or recommend anyone to stay, there are plenty of other places to stay in the area. Oh yeah, needs to change name to Buck Creek RV and cow pasture because his so called driving range has been closed for several years. And definitely don't go if you have children he doesn't like the noise.
After 10-years of annual camping & loyalty to Dan Watson and Buck Creek Campground we received a call tonight telling us that we were not welcome to return next season and that if we didn't remove our RV from the site by this weekend he would file eviction papers. Why you might ask didn't he tell us this while we were there all weekend. The bigger question would be why aren't we welcome back and this folks is the shocker....because he doesn't allow socializing in the campground. We had a great time camping here this season, Dan and Justin do a outstanding job running a great place, Its very clean, peaceful and close to town or the parkway
Really a clean, well kept place. Nice pull thru spots with level gravel and easy hook ups. The staff at the front were helpful. The river and swimming hole was refreshing and made the whole visit worthwhile. I would definitely stay here again.
Simply the BEST place in Marion to camp. Top notch.
