We just left today. If I didn't have to go back to work, we wouldn't have left. We will return, next time with the motorcycle. I can't say enough about how enjoyable it is there. The location, the owner, the cleanliness of the park, the wifi and cable and power grid, shaded sites, swimming or fishing right behind your site, to the evening entertainment when he flies his radio controlled planes. Keep up the good work, Dan, everywhere shows your pride in ownership.

Best campground we have been to in a long time! Very well maintained, relaxing and most important quiet!! The swimming holes are great for hot summer afternoons. Dan and Justin are very nice and easy to talk to. They clearly take pride in what they do. We will definitely be back! Thanks guys for a great break from "the real world"
We loved our stay. Didn't want to leave! Beautiful shaded spot, Great swimming in the creek (surprisingly warm), Dan and his son we're extremely accommodating and hospitable and we enjoyed visiting nearby Mt. Mitchell. We hope to return soon.
We enjoyed our stay at Buck Creek RV Park. It is well maintained, lots of shade, lots of room, awesome creek running behind most campsites that can be fished or swam in. Owner, Dan, was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here. Lots of room for kids to play. We travelled with our German Shepherd and were able to run him out in the huge field in front of the campsites without disturbing others. The laundry facilities were clean. We look forward to a return trip to Buck Creek!
Great place to stay! We made a last minute reservation and everything has been fantastic. Very peaceful and quiet, and close to town. Dan and Justin even provided the entire campground with an air show by flying their model planes around for awhile as well. Would definitely recommend and we will come back!
