Jaden is an amazing employee there at Mountain View pain center she takes care of us patients whenever there's a problem she is amazing
It takes a little bit to get the routine going, but once you do it goes great. Easy to talk to all staff, pleasant and polite. Much more friendly than my previous pain management experience.
I went to this clinic to get help for my severe arthritis and fatigue pain. I did not want pain pills or any type of opiates . My last Dr had me hooked on opiates. I kept trying to explain to them . I’m choosing never to use those type of drugs again. I only wanted treatment for my arthritis. I explained this at least 10 times. I felt like the biggest drug addict ever. I was so belittled. Love this place. I was skeptical at first. I hate explaining my past issues with new docs. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Alycia has been great! She listens to my concerns and comes up with the best possible plan for me. And Cayla is one of the best physical therapists I’ve ever had. She listens and makes sure my needs for that day are addressed. Love this place. Everyone is so nice and I actually feel like the PA and the Physical Therapists truly care about what your needs are. They listen to all your concerns and figure out the best plan for you. They don’t judge or make you feel like your pain is all in your head.
