Communication is amazing. Excellent, helpful staff. Appointments are all carefully scheduled to help at this difficult and confusing time in life.
I’m extremely disappointed with the way my family member was treated during their visit to this office with Dr. Alicia Edwards. The experience felt unprofessional from start to finish. Instead of taking the time to listen and understand what my family member was going through, the doctor seemed rushed, dismissive, and unwilling to truly help with the pain they were experiencing. I have a family member who comes to this clinic and was seen by Alicia.We are very unsatisfied with the way she handle results of my family and how she was treated. When calling back to ask more questions, she had told my family member that she was being blunt and she don’t know any other way. She could’ve handled the situation differently. I’m sorry, but if you work in a medical field, you should not be blunt and cold with your patient. Be caring and kind and not dismissive. Love the new Greeley location . The provider was the first provider I have seen including the surgeon who actually explained why I am dealing with the pain in my knee that actually made sense for the location and reasoning I am having the pain due to the mussels are not being streathened on all the sides of my knee pulling it to one side so thank you for making it clear of why I am having such severe pain on one side looking foward to going to the new office from now on great location and extremely polite staff thanks again ... read more
