They were really nice... my phone died so they found me a phone charger to use... to find a ride home.
The emergency room nurses need to have a little more compassion towards the patient and their family over of them was very rude to me when I went to check on my niece and was argumentative
The er doctors are ridiculous it shouldn't take over an hour to see the doctor no matter what the circumstances.
I had back surgery earlier this week at Mountain View Hospital. The nurses, doctors, physical therapists and staff were very friendly and made my experience as pleasant as it could be. I got out of surgery late and the cafeteria was closed so there wasn't any way to order me food (gone all day without eating.) My nurse, Claire, took it upon herself to go to the grocery store on her break to buy something for me to eat. We offered money and she wouldn't take it. Talk about going above and beyond what is expected of her.
In December 2015 I had extensive brain surgery and was very well taken care of. I love this hospital and felt like the smallness of it allowed me better care. Definitely 5 stars.
ER visit tonight (last night I guess technically) was a great (aside from the circumstances) visit :) the doctor was great and cared and he made sure my neck pain was well looked into. The sweet lady who did my ct scan was great! Both nurses I saw were kind. There was even some sort of issue with another patient and I still didn't feel neglected or like a waste of time. Everyone I dealt with was awesome :) thanks!

Fantastic hospital. We have had 4 of 6 of our children here and have always loved the service and care. Highly recommended.
I just had my second baby here and it was awesome! All of my nurses were amazing, kind and very knowledgable! I also had the best OB ever! The recovery room suits are so comfortable and big. It was basically a hotel room- minus a microwave and mini fridge. Definitely have your baby here if you can!
