I recently had a knee replacement at Mountain View Hospital. Everything about my stay was fabulous! Starting with the check-in desk, to the anesthesiologist, to the doctor, to the MD, to the nursing staff, to the food. I felt special and well taken care of. I loved the smaller atmosphere. Everyone I came in contact with made me feel like I was important. I would recommend this hospital to everyone. It is a 5 star hospital to me.
Delivered my first baby at Mountain view hospital. They were so amazing!! My husband and I honestly felt like they pampered us. They definitely went above and beyond to make our stay there comfortable. I will use them for all my future hospital needs!
ER intake and nurses treated me like a drug addict. Had a spinal headache but because I have chronic pain I was lumped in with every doctor shopping, looking for a fix addict that comes to the ER. The actual ER doctor, Dr Blair was top notch. Amazing man. So kind, attentive and went of his way to make me comfortable about my care. He deserves a 5+ star rating. I can not say enough good things about Dr Blair.
I can even begin to put into words what great care we received at this hospital. We researched and visited several doctors before deciding on Dr. Farley, the hospital and care was an extra bonus. Nurses and staff were amazing. We traveled in from Nevada for this surgery and boy did we make the right decision. Thank you everyone at Mountain View for your care and hospitality, especially nurses Koreen, Claire and Nathan!!
Worst experience ever! The ER doctor was awful with my baby boy & had horrible bedside manner, not to mention he wasn't very sharp. He sent us home when my little boy's oxygen saturations was 85. Thankfully we weren't dumb parents and took him to his Peditrician office a few hours later and they admitted us to a good hospital. They wouldn't let us leave the office without putting oxygen on our baby to the hospital. He was so sick & dehydrated, yet the doctor at MV told us he was fine. My niece took her 12 month old to the hospital it was dr. Royal and all he did was an x-ray breathing treatment and sent him home. The next night me and my dad took him back and they clean his nose with a suction gave him a breathing treatment plus kept an eye on his oxygen because it was dropping. The doctor that day told us to do breathing treatments and bring him over if we need to get his nose sectioned out. But out of all the doctors that work there Dr Dinkins and Dr Jones are the best doctors There.
We were told to be there by 0600 the staff did not arrive until almost 5 after 6. The Doctor that was to do the procedure did not arrive until 0700. The nursing staff was awesome and once he got there so was the Dr.
It was given excellent care and attention. It was an out if network facility but I felt well taken care of
