I have always liked Timpanogos Hospital. When I lived in Orem I went there because it it was close. I moved to American Fork and later Lehi and continued to go there. Even though the drive was 40 minutes. Last year, my family and I must have had to go to the Emergency room at least 5 times. A nightmare in and of itself but the bad experiences-lung problems, needed operations was not the nightmare. The nightmare was the billing. RecommendedI had to go to the ER last night due to a migraine. We knew it was busy and had no problem waiting our turn. The dr was great this time. Dr. Swan was so nice and understanding. The nurse Tianna was exceptional. This is the first time a nurse from your hospital had to put in an IV and never hurt me or left a bruise. She needs to train same day surgery her technique!! Thank you for the positive interaction we had. Well done!!
They were helpless through my shoulder surgery. Didn’t have anything to say, no suggestions, no help on the weekend. I called in to see what I should do about pain and the transferred my call to the er and the er said they can’t do anything unless i come in. Worst hospital I have ever been to. A dentist would of been more help.

RecommendedMy husband was rushed to the ER at Timp Hospital on Friday morning. Amid the COVID crisis the ER staff were very helpful and accommodating. The doctors and nurses who worked on him in the ER are literally life savers! Thank you for getting him back. The doctors and nurses in the ICU were amazing as well. They took great care of him and kept me informed since I was not allowed to visit. I deeply offer my gratitude to all of you for saving his life!
I had a family member who was sent here via ambulance early this week- the ER doc said it was no big deal and sent him home. The next day he was back in the ER (different hospital) and is finally being treated and we are finally getting answers. He is extremely sick and should not have been sent home. Please do better for your community.
