Matt.. The person who does ct scans is awesome.. He needs a raise!! Also the student nurse in the ER named Janette is great.. You should hire her!
I'll tell you there is one nurse that's in the icu that is rude as can be no bedside manners at all she is rude and should not be nurse she only cares for her self no bedside only herself she should not be a nurse very rude the doctor put me on a pca pump she acts like I'm a bad person she shoved a qtip up my nose so rudly said it was done with everyone she's just rude yells at. Me for no reason she needs a course in manners she acted like I'm a burrdan
The labor and delivery department is small with few staff. My experience was awful. One of the head nurses was extremely rude and was a know-it-all with my family members. Mistake after mistake was made which made my delivery a lot harder. Nobody took responsibility and nobody apologized for the mistakes that were made. I did not feel safe, and I felt like a lot of the staff was insensitive to my situation. Not the experience I had hoped for. I felt my entire c-section because I was not medicated properly. Having been born here starts it all off! Through recovery and my depression Mountain View Hospital has been there every step of the way. There are nurses and doctors one having once been my mother go beyond the call of duty. I would not be alive today if it were not for the excellent training of the emergency roomstaff, ICU caretakers, The CNA's and even kitchen staff along with housekeeping!
