RecommendedWe took my son to the ER on Christmas Eve day. He had appendicitis but it didn’t show anything on his blood work. Dr Madsen had a CT done and found it. We were admitted to the pediatric unit. My son had fantastic nurses and they took excellent care of him. Dr Trotter was the surgeon and spoke to my son about everything to expect and answered all our questions. My son asked for pictures and Dr Trotter was more than happy to provide them. Hire a new CEO who cares about those who pay him....the patient.
Never in my life have I been treated so badly. When I first arrived I was in a wheelchair in agonizing pain and the nurse dared asked id I could walk back in the room. my nurse was horrible from start to finish. I was left alone in my room for over an hour with no way to call the nurse. I never recieved pain relief for my pain. I will NEVER go back there!

RecommendedWhen our baby needed a week in the NICU, we were all incredibly well cared for and knew that we were welcome to spend as much time there as we needed/wanted. Giving birth there was a wonderful experience, and everyone we worked with genuinely cared about the wellbeing of our entire family!
