Mike and I moved here with our kids 4 years ago. We have not once regretted that decision. The management is very particular over matters concerning safety. They want to make sure they have done everything in their power to make the community safe. We have a storm shelter for tornado season. We are the first mobile home community in Georgia to have such an amenity. As repair and maintenance issues arise the management here is quick to react and complete many necessary work. David, I want you, Judy and your mom and dad to know how grateful I am for living here. Cindy brought me a great dinner tonight, Ken doing a great job on pressure cleaning my home, Bill seeing in on me, taking trash to road and bringing mail and I could go on and on. Their is no doubt that God guided me here 7 years ago. I wish I could explain my heart and feelings. I am truly being rewarded or paid back many times over for what I done for other people when I could. This neighbor hood is in my prayers.
RecommendedThis is a great community. Everyone looks out for each other. From the first day we moved here, everyone was friendly and welcoming to me and my family. The grounds are beautiful and maintained regularly. There is a storm shelter available for inclement weather and a plan in place for the residents if there is ever a need to use the shelter. The owners keep everyone informed on any issues within the community and work quickly to fix anything that should need it.

I have lived here in MVE since 1998 I love it the people are friendly, park is supper nice I totally feel safe and secure here. I love how clean and beautiful our park is! Lots of caring people!

They went above and beyond our expectations to ease our transition.. we asked many questions and called with many concerns prior to our move. They were always accessible and kind in their response. Mountain View Estates is beautifully maintained, the residents take pride in their ownership and take care of each other, if need be. David and Judy are two of the nicest people I've ever met and go above and beyond to make everyone feel happy to live here. Best decision I could have made for myself!
