They waste your time. The sales man Rick was great and very helpful but his manager Tony led us to believe we were approved, had us there till 11:30 pm signing paperwork, took our down payment and was going to let us leave with the truck we picked out. We decided to pick up the truck the next morning only to find out they didn't have us approved. They do business ass backwards and waste your time. It's not their fault I don't have enough credit history but is their fault that they led me to believe I was approved and wasted ... read more
