I scheduled an appointment to look at a Toyota on 8/2/22 and worked with a Salesman names Nate. I was looking to buy a truck so after test driving it asked to find out what an estimated monthly cost would be after a trade in. Nate said he was not sure what the monthly payments looked like so he would have to check with his loan department because he was just a salesman. Do NOT buy anything here! Typical used car lot, doing whatever they can to screw you over. I recently bought a Tahoe and got it home to see water pooling in the driver's floorboard a couple days later. They wont do anything about it. What's messed up is the carpet had just been shampooed before I picked it up, almost like they knew and were hiding something. 0 sta the air filter pictured below, after a "thorough inspection"

Drove over an hour to look at a truck. They said it was in perfect condition and we got there and there was chipped paint over the entire truck and had dents in it. They were asking the price of a used one in perfect condition but it is not in perfect condition

RecommendedThey are reasonable on prices and not pushy. We looked for almost 4 months for a SUV before finding the one we did. I honestly believe they try to take care of their customers. We had a little hiccup and were able to have it taken care of. They provided us with wonderful communication. This isn’t the first vehicle we’ve bought from them and we will return. My son just bought a Nissan Sentara 2 weeks ago and now it is having issues with the transmission. My husband and I bought a van from Mtn View at 153 in 2009 and it was so much better then so that is why we took our son there. I wish I would have read the reviews before we did because now I see how awful this place has become. My son has worked so hard to get where he is and for this place to take advantage of him and sell him a junk car and refuse to do anything makes me very angry.
