this is what a car dealership should be like. painless experience. great staff. Gabriel was great to work with. he advised me that my car would probably be done by 1130 am. he said that he would call ME when my car was done. HE called me at 1110 and said my car was done. at other dealerships I was told to call them and check on the progress. my other car is a jeep, larry h Miller should take lessons from mountain states toyota. I'm selling my jeep and buying another toyota from mtn states.
We purchased a new Tacoma and the process was the best vehicle buying experience we've ever had. Travis took care of us in E-Sales, Michael with the actual sale, and Paula in Financing. All of them treated us like family. Travis went out of his way to meet our needs and Michael exceeded our expectations. A real all-around good guy. Have already shared this with friends and will continue to do so Minnie and Scott Washam.
We have bought two cars from Mountain States that we are very happy with and we do all of our maintenance with them. Fernando and everyone else we have worked with there really go the extra mile to save us money on service and keep us safe!
they are really good with no haggle which sucks...... but they gave my friend jamie a great deal. only work with Patrick (patty cakes) and Paula in finance they are fun and were easy to work with

A great dealership! Top-level customer service - Nick Fuentes, our sales associate, and Lana in financing were super friendly and extremely helpful in streamlining the buying process. Both answered any questions that came up, provided helpful advice/recommendations, they individually sat with us and made us feel super comfortable and excited about our new purchase! Mountain States Toyota is like going to a resort. The employees all are very kind and go out of their way to meet your needs. We really enjoy having our van worked on there and know it will be taken care of honestly. Side note, it is very nice to be able to have a free breakfast while waiting to pick up your vehicle👍🏼
