RecommendedMy brother and I went in over the weekend to look at and purchase a new car. He was a first time car buyer and Chris Ellerbrock in sales was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted and told us all the ins and outs of all the features and answered every question we had about the car. Worst service experience I’ve ever seen!!!! And i worked in the automotive industry for 15 years. Seemed unconcerned that they caused a major issue with my brakes which caused me to have the vehicle towed in for a second time.

We are so happy with our beautiful new Toyota Tacoma from Mountain States that Matt West help us with. He’s a great salesperson. We bought our sons used car from him also last August and that’s why I called him when we wanted to buy our Tacoma. It was definitely the best experience we’ve ever had with buying a car. I’m now considering getting a RAV4 from them in a few months. I will be requesting Matt West again.
