I absolutely LOVE Mountain States Toyota!! I purchased my last 2 cars there and would highly recommend them to anyone. Their sales team (especially Matt!) is top notch! No pressure, super laid back and very accommodating. What started off as a "I'm just curious to look" turned into a deal that I simply couldn't pass up!
So I brought my Frs here because of an issue with the valve spring recall and engines blowing up, Robert and Jeff both worked with me and dealing with Toyota corporate to come up with a solution to get it fixed, long story short they did everything that needed to be done allowed me to be involved in the whole process and my car has a new engine 100% covered. Our car buying experience was one of the best in all our years of purchasing a vehicle. Jake Baadte was very informative and professional throughout the sale. The highlight was having our Golden Retriever by our side and salesmen providing treats during the entire process! Jake also followed up and was helpful in setting up some additional service we needed on our new vehicle.
