Mountain States Toyota did a great job. I worked with Jason B, Jake M, and Paul (The Finance Guy) and got the truck I wanted at a great price. I had a bad experience with another dealer I did business with for many years, but these guys made me feel confident that I found a trustworthy company.
Fast, efficient, friendly...only do work that is REQUIRED!! Highly recommend!! added little value are free breakfast burritos on wednesdays!!
You can improve by making me NOT wait 20 min to get checked in. I see everyone else getting checked in around me, and their cars taken to the garage. I heard one of the girls in the garage flirting with her boyfriend on the phone. I was soo mad. I had to complain to one of the other girls, then she checked me in right away. This long wait has happened to me the last 3 times I've been there, whether I have an appointment or not. Having worked at a auto dealership in the past and owned Toyota’s for 15+ years I can say I have had my fair share of experiences with Toyota dealers. I know what an average dealer vs an excellent dealer is, Mountain States Toyota in Denver Colorado falls in a category of its own. They do it right. From A to Z they hit on all cylinders. The experience at Mountain State Toyota was awesome. I worked with Jake Morin who was super helpful, not pushy, and worked to help us get exactly what we wanted at a price we could handle. Everyone at the Dealership was extremely nice and we couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.
