Just bought the car of my dreams, a brand new 2019 highlander at Mountain States Toyota. The service here is unmatched when compared to any other Toyota dealership in the state. Great dealership for the service side. Never has a problem except once but was addressed immediately.
Service department and parts. Have a 1993 4-Runner, for the past 21 years have taken it to Mountain States Toyota for service and satisfied with the maintenance performed. Still carry parts for the old machine. Service advisors are extremely helpful especially Bobbie Myrick who goes the extra mile in explaining the service performed or future ones.
My car had a dead battery last week we call the tow truck guy and he tried to jumpstart and we tried to jumpstart. Nothing worked and had to be towed in the mechanic said the major fuses were blown which man to ever tried to jumpstart it did it backwards. We did not do it backwards. But yet we were not the one who was believed. They took the tow truck guy story and made me pay for all the repairs and the tow. This greatly upset me and I will not be back
I had a mixed response from this dealership regarding my 10.000 checkup on my NEW Highlander. I waited 20 minutes to get a response from one of the service reps. When I finally got assistance, my rep was very responsive and when I shared with him my frustration in waiting so long he shared with me that I was not his assigned appt. but would take care of me. I ordered a Prius Prime Limited which had to bake built at the factory. My wait is 12 to 16 weeks. This can operate as an electric car and/or regular Prius gasoline with battery support with an average 54 mpg. My salesman, Jeremy Bracken, helped by getting information on how this tech-knowledge worked. It is not stocked at the dealership because of low demand. I purchased my 2015 Toyota Hybrid Camry from Mountain States and until yesterday have always had very positive services experiences. Yesterday I took my car in for snow tires for a 10:00 a.m. appointment. I waited in my car in line for over 1 hour. The three hour service took five hours. When I came to pick up my car the bill included tire disposal charges, when my summer tires were still in good shape.
