Jus traded in my old 4Runner for a new one. Patrick was great and helped ease the process of all the paperwork and financing. Love the new 4Runner! Once we got to financing only took 45 min to sign.
I bought a car at mountain states on 2/2/2021. Beautiful car, they definitely did a good job in the test drive, it was quick and easy. The sales process always takes forever with financing and such, so that is not there fault. But if your financing I would expect 5-7 hours before you drive away with your vehicle. Great customer service and transparent pricing - we are very thankful to have found this dealership to take care of our Toyota.
The service people were very friendly, however, they did not do what was requested! I was only having an oil change, tire rotation and topping off all fluids, including windshield wiper and brake fluids. The fluids were not touched as nothing was topped off. They tried very hard to sell me additional products even though they were not needed! I only go there because they are close but I think I will travel a greater distance and find a caring service!

Easy online scheduling, the employees were all following the COVID-19 protocols and my service was great. Definitely will be back.
My husband and I traveled from Grand Junction, and planned on spending all weekend looking at vehicles. This was our second stop, with no need to look any further. We had a great experience, from the sales man Dan, all the way to finance. They worked with me on the service plan and gap insurance to make it affordable for me. I got a fantastic deal on a vehicle that I love!
Our experience with Mountain States Toyota was excellent. We purchased a 2021 Toyota 4 Runner Limited. The service has also been superior.
First time buyer here and I wasn’t disappointed. Our salesman Dean did a great job taking care of us throughout the buying process. I would definitely recommend!
