WORST dealership ever! They do not even deserve one star. To begin with when purchasing the vehicle Nick Fuentes-Ibanez was extremely unprofessional. He rushed me when I asked questions and did not seem to be in the best interest of me, he was "ready to go home and play on his switch with his wife and child" . We purchased a new Tundra last week and it has been our first car purchase since moving to Colorado 3yrs ago. I found the vehicle online and Johnny helped us out through our purchase process. He was amazing throughout our entire process. I'd personally ask for Johnny if you are buying from Mountain States. I also was pleasantly surprised that options such as Window tint and others were not already installed on the vehicle forcing us to pay for them. $130 for a tire balance that was supposed to fix a vibration we’ve had since we drove our 2019 RAV4 off the lot. Not fixed. Very overpriced tire balance... poor communication ever since we bought it. They’re not transparent, not thorough. Another example, brought it in for the 25,000 mile check up that costs $500, they changed the oil, claimed to inspect all the filters... both air filter and cabin air filter were filthy and smelled awful coming through the a/c. Had a very good time. We were never pressured at any point. Every one was courteous and friendly. Chris was our sales person. I would get an other vehicle form him. Great place to get a Toyota!
