Leaving this review solely for my wonderful experience with Addison! He was super helpful, honest, attentive to my texts, and very upbeat. Also, when I expressed concern over cost, he ensured to keep the rates more reasonable. Made my day! Overall, Mountain States Toyota charges out the a** for their services, but they do quality work. So, Addison’s help with the price tag was most appreciated!

Bought a 2019 Toyota 4 Runner Nightshade and absolutely love it!
I bought my Toyota RAV4 from you guys and recently I took it in for service to get the oil changed and tires rotated. I let the gentleman know my tire lights been going on and off and he said he would check the air pressure since I’m getting the tires rotated. I left in the next day I had a low tire light again and two of my tires were 15 pounds low, I tried calling the service manager and couldn’t even get a callback.
