Get rid of the disrespectful sales rep Ken
Travis was helpful but....this place has F***** me again, bought a new tire for my gsxs 1000 and they scrached the crap out of my rim... and guess what they said "it was a set up". This place is the worst motorcycle shop I've ever been too. DON'T GET YOU TIRES INSALLED HERE!!! It's going to cost 620$$ for a new rim 😡😡
RecommendedThis place is great. Thank you Brian for assisting us in the purchase of a new RZR Turbo S. We went to Chaparral and while in the finance office (after running our credit and being there for a couple hours) they tell us they sold the one we were buying. Then tried to up sell us. It was just not a great experience there. Pricing kept changing and obviously no one talks to each other there. Súper cool staff! Down to earth prices! No hidden fees what so ever! Coming back for more toys for sure!!! Came in 10 min before closing time (traffic was a bit(/-/ ) and drove off 30 min later with a new atv Financed and everything Thanks ken!!!
Great experience , we live in ventura ca and did all the paper work out of town thru our credit union mountain Motorsports was $5,000 cheaper than local stores . Bobby has great communication he was great , when we showed up with our check in hand our polaris rzr was ready to go , signed paper work and we were on our way to enjoy the weekend . I had the best experience buying a bike from Mountain Motorsports. Very easygoing non pushy sales people. Rode out on a 2018 CBR 500R. Took about an hour and I was on my way.
