We bought a 2020 Honda Talon and found the whole staff knowledgeable and helpful. The service department worked fast and throughly installing some extras we wanted on the ride. I would love to wear one of their "Shut Up and Ride" shirts and wish they would have comt a couple since we spent so much money. All in all, a great experience. Thanks MMS. Customer service is excellent
After finally getting help we were handed off to another sales person. Filled out a finance application and sat around for what seemed like an eternity to get an ok. By that time we had to go and never made the purchase. Operation seemed very disorganized and lacking when it comes to customer service. I've been a customer here in the past, but it was nothing like it is now. Hopefully it was just an off day for the team. 🤔

I bought a new tire for my gsxs 1000 and they scrached the crap out of my rim when they installed it... they attempted to make it better by giving me touch up paint but it didn't match☹. I can't really give these guys a bad review though, they are the only Suzuki/ Husqvarna dealership near me. They always price match for me and generally their super helpful. I called on a bike and was given an out the door price. When I showed up they increased their price by nearly $1000 and had the attitude that it was the last bike and they'd sell it regardless. Then had the audacity to give me grief about the $40 credit card fee their company would be charged for the processing fee. I wanted it so I went ahead and bought it.
