It is like a home away from home. It is a beautiful forest hillside setting. Friends and food are exquisite. My favorite cows live there, literally! Living in the city now, I don't get to experience the serene darkness or moon and starlit sky very often. At MHR I do!
Beautiful location. Excellent staff. Fabulous food. Rustic cabins a little dirty, dusty. Maybe that's what comes with rustic? But a wet mop and rag can go anywhere. ...
It's a absolute fabulous place to stay wether alone, as a croup, with or without children. They try really hard to make it even more fun for the kids. Breakfast is fantastic and you can buy dinner there which is also pretty good. Lots of hiking and even a warm spring. What more could one want in order to relax.
Great place to scape from the city. Always go back.
