We lived in TN for almost 12 years and only used Mtn Empire Large Animal vets for our horses. The vets are very good, professional, and caring. Dr. Miller was most often the vet who came to our farm to care for our horses. We also had a few occasions where we had to take a horse into the clinic, and that was always a good experience because they were ALL, from the staff up front, to the vet techs, to the vets always friendly and professional. They are a great practice to trust when you need a vet.

I love love love the care doctor Miller and staff gave us! We had taken in a gelding that had gotten very sick very fast and mountain empire was excellent at helping us out with him until we lost him, and after they even sent a card. But they had always answered our calls and tried everything they could to save him. Thank you!

On a Saturday morning I found my horse laid down and rolling around. I assumed Colic and immediately called them. They met me as soon as I could get there. Kept my boy 2 nights and he pulled thru. Dr. Little called me numerous times with updates and any concerns he had. Very professional and really took great care of my boy. Thank you Dr Little and Mtn. Empire!!!
