Thrilled I finally got the chance to visit this place! Lovely building & grounds, very friendly staff. Watched Just Bill teach a hiker how to efficiently load his pack
Love it and thanks for being there and keeping things alive for us though we can only make it there a couple things a year. Just stopping by even when your closed means a lot to us. M.J.D. & P.W.D.

Bought a ULA Circuit backpack from Will on 6/24. Very helpful and easy going. Other staff there have thru hiked the AT. Great place to find equipment for hikers, and great stop to pick up souvenirs for tourists.
It is a great place after being on the trail for awhile. Got stay and take shower. The pizza is best tasting thing ever. You may want to buy 2. Trust me.
The store and facilities were very clean and organized. The people working there were knowledgeable and went straight to the book I could not locate.
