I will never consider a loan with this bank again. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am trying to set up online payments for my loan and my husband is on the loan with me. I called to see if I can get the account set up and "*****" was so rude! I let her know what I was tying to do, and her response was "That's not possible" with no explanation. I said I was the co-signer on the loan and she said, "Exactly! You are not the primary! Have a nice day" and hung up! I want to make a payment, her behavior was a... read more

we applied for a car loan we needed a department to approve it they did. a few people had to look at our information for quality control then we got a check from the bank loan 2-2-22 from the bank to pay for the car we took the car home put insurance on it and took it to the mountains sunday came home monday to letters saying we were denied the loan and they took the money from my husbands account we didnt miss a payment or anything we just got the loan. now we have the money out of our account negative balance and a car loa... read more

Mobile Banking App Not Secure I had a check somehow stolen, the check was signed, with payment amount, date and description by myself. This check was to my landlord but was somehow stolen from the landlord box. I thought I had cancelled it, but I guess it didnt because it was cashed via mobile banking app by an unknown person about two months later. My issue is with the mobile banking app itself. If you finance, refinance and you buy Gap insurance from them then please be aware that if for any reason you sell your vehicle or refinance with another company you will not be refunded any fees like other institutions do unless you cancel Gap within 60 days of purchase. They fail to mention this to you when u sign paperwork and all they say is it's in the paperwork u signed. All that money you pay for nothing if you sell, refinance or payoff your vehicle.

They jacked up the price of a first time home owner loan for me because I worked one day less than the rest of the 2 weeks I worked. Now the home prices have jacked up and I will never get a home. I am tears because I cannot afford my apartment anymore and I could have gotten a $1200 loan for a home. You have ruined my life!

One star review by default. This place is terrible. They cater to lower income people by offering decent rates but have terrible customer service. I don’t bank there but I was working on a car sale where the owner of the car had their car loan here. They act as if they are better than everyone else and kept saying that’s their policy. I asked them for a backup plan because I travel. They gave me a second card. So when my first became damaged, and I was over 100 miles from a branch, I tried my secondary card. It immediately got taken by the ATM and told me "unauthorized transaction" Since then I have been stranded with no money and they keep telling me someone will contact me to get an address to send a new card to, but that was 4 days ago and I have been on constant hold since then. We applied for a New home loan beginning of June. Closed on the house we sold at the end of June. We are nearing the end of July and still struggling with MACU to get us into our new home. It's been excuse after excuse. We are spending an astronomical amount of money to live in a hotel. We had our vehicle broke into at the hotel and lost almost $10k in belongings.
