I've always been impressed with the customer service from Link Interactive. I've called in for system support or adding new devices to the alarm system or home automation and always get a friendly, supportive person willing to walk me through the process. kenco security bought out our security alarm system a few months ago, today july 17, 2016 i went over to put a bike away in my sons garage while he was away, i opened the door and the house alarm went off, forgetting to disarm the alarm before going in, i finally got the alarm turned off after about 4 or 5 minutes, let the dogs out put things away in the garage closed everything up and reset the alarm after about 20 minutes, waited to get a call from the alarm company, kenco or for the police to show up., nonthing after anot... read more
