This company will pretend to shut down your service but keep charging you. They are liars and manipulators. Please go with a reputable company. It’s not worth the cheaper price per month.

I had questions/issues about sensor replacements and security access. Julie at customer service handled my queries and provided outstanding support. She was very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and friendly. I could not have asked for anything more. 5 STARS!

This is the WORST company— please find an alternative company to do business with. Their customer service is a bad as Comcast/Xfinity, and their reps don’t care about their customers. A terrible company all round.
