Say you are local. Multiple phone calls to get the appt. called on Saturday won’t be fixed till Thursday afternoon phone people are polite but kept giving me other numbers. On hold way too long. Called contact people after 9 am when alarm went off before 4am AND I had already contacted kenco. Price keeps going up grrr

Link interactive is a excellent company. We researched all competing companies and they won out . After 2 years we had a sensor act up so we called them and they corrected the concern quickly and professionally.

I love this company! I’ve been with them over a year. The customer service is friendly and courteous and they handle all calls promptly. The equipment is reliable and my family feels safer using the monitoring they provide. I’ve recommended them to neighbors, family and friends.
Link representatives, especially Micah R*****, are very knowledgeable and helpful. A rare combination.
They were so fast to send text when our alarm went off.
So far, the system has worked well. Technical service has been helpful and informative. A technical issue prevented the control panel from connecting properly to a mesh network Wi-Fi system. Technical Support sought out information to correct the problem. I am thankful for their time and their efforts to resolve the problem.
