Tonya Gwathney from the admitting department was truly amazing she so helpful and supportive.
Transportation department, sucks!!! We have been waiting for them for over 45 minutes, with my dad who hasn't eaten anything since midnight. I haven't had anyone coming and monitoring his blood pressure. He has a massive headache and doesn't feel good. He is 75 years old and in a lot of pain. Esto es un atropello.
This is the worst place to be. These fucking ppl are nasty and rude
They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, caring, helpful. Genuinely concerned for my comfort and well being. I saw Dr Michael Smith at Esopogeal ctr. I had 10am appt and they took me right in. Went above and beyond.
Rude people, waited 3.5 hours for a doc to see me, one blood test done (a finger stick) was told by a nurse she wasn't a waitress when I asked for water, and overall, the worst experience in healthcare I have ever had. I am a physician, and I can't imagine how poorly other people are treated if this is how you all treat a member of the medical community.
