Every appointment I attend there I am treated courteously, professionally, and with care. My personal physician is awesome, and takes her time explaining all details of my health plan to betterness. Thank you staff and doctors for always showing me respect and care.
I was so tired, on detox & hadn't slept all night with my sick child, but everyone was so professional, kind, compassionate & attentive that they made me forget how tired I was!�� They got my son back to normal & did it all so courteously, always answering my questions thoroughly & politely! I loved the experience!�
The radiology staff and team of doctors were very nice to my son yesterday while dealing with his broken finger. I appreciated their bedside manner, they made us both feel at ease.
Clean hospital, nurse should be more friendly and not fall to sleep while taking the patient information but the doctor really nice
From the moment we entered the ER until we were done with our son's jaw wiring, (injury sustained during a lacrosse practice where we live in Rockland County) we were met with professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Thank you for making an unpleasant experience a little more bearable.
I loved the way they took care of me and how fast they attend me.
I arrived to the Emergency Department because of vaginal bleeding and severe cramps. I was placed in a dirty examine room where I was asked to remove clothing and urinate in a cup. While waiting three hours to be examine luckily the maintenance guy was cleaning outside my room and my partner nicely asked him to clean my room and he gladly did. Finally, Dr. Marcelo comes in speaks to me in this very cold clinical manner, to pretty much tell me I am pregnant and that I am possibly miscarrying. Her beside manner was horrible, i... read more
