I would like to thank your hospital for basically turning my friend away because she didn't have insurance coverage. For several days she been having headaches and experiencing dizziness. She's also experienced a rectal hemorrhage when using the bathroom. My friends and I practically begged her to go to the ER only for them to turn her away without giving any real rhyme or reason to what is going on with her. They could not solve my problem cause I have new insurance but the staff was really nice to explain the procedure after she try for 3 hrs. Not her fault it's the stupid insurance that make it difficult like we don't pay enough for them.

Some depts work faster and more efficient than others. The OR Staff is amazing and wish that the staff there could train other Depts how to work as they do.

I am currently sitting in the Evaluation room again. I came in because I believe I have a blood clot in my calf. I describe the pain and discomfort and I'm given a room. I do not mind waiting, I literally bring books anticipating a wait. I repeat, no wait bothers me. What does bother me is that the pain is in my calf, and I'm very clear about it. However the doctor suggests it is just a pulled or cramped muscle, despite having it for a week. I ask for a test, I'd rather be cautious. He orders an ultrasound after rolling his ... read more
