Excellent staff & services.
We were very happy with our recent experience at Mount Sinai Hospital. My wife gave birth here two weeks ago and received fantastic treatment throughout labor and delivery and during her stay on the maternity ward. After a 48 hour labor and a c-section, our son arrived safe and sound thanks to the care and attention of the fantastic nurses and, in particular, Dr Amber Warmsley. I have watched this Hospital grow from bomb to a contender. Put your money on good to excellent service and the odds are heavily n you favor to win.!!!!!. I've been a patient since2003. Through it all they have shown progressive improve meant toward excellence. Grab a seat and hold tight, what a ride.
I am losing my time trying to call The Mount Sinai Hospital automated office center (the info they are asking apply only for US residents)! I would like to be able to talk to someone in person that could give me all the right info so my wire transfer can be done properly! Not being able to talk to a real person is not normal! I want to take the time to truly thank Dr Michael palese, for being a wonderful urologist, this is my third surgery with him, And I must say I would trade him for the world he caring and awesome all in one.
I just want to say thanks to Dr Farzan filsoufi for been a wonderful surgeon and for helping my father to feel better and for giving my family the happiness of having grandpa at home :) !!!!!!!
