Finally a hospital that listens to its patients, commits to their (prompt) recovery and care. I am impressed that after I transferred hospitals, it took no time for me to get the medical care I thought did not exist in NYC. The staff is friendly, reasonable and professional. EVERYONE at EVERY level is exceptional! The staff of 10 west ( Medicine) are phenomenal. The nurses, attendants and dietary personnel go above and beyond. The care is excellent and the people are fabulous... Thank you for taking such good care of my brother, Steven I need to provide one example of the great people there... Been coming to this hospital for the past 10 years for my cancer treatments. Great team of doctors here. This team of oncologist saved my life multiple times. Best decision I ever made was to come to Mt. Sinai.
