I had the best experience coming to Mount Sinai to get my shunt revised by Dr. Hadjipanaysis! I had no issues with nasuea or vomiting after waking up from surgery.
My brother was a patient there service was not great.... The patient next to him had relatives sleeping over.. Doing whatever they wanted with the thermostat.my brother complaining to the nurses about the room being too cold for him... Nurses being on the other patients side. Patient's wife sleeping over arguing out loud with her husband.. Not letting my brother rest.. So I told him to file a complaint against both hospital and nurses... The personnel form the departments I interact with are very efficient especially for NYC
My first visit here was very pleasurable. the nurse practitioner was very thorough in explaining to me what's going on with me and what they see that could be a good path to go through the doctor was very gracious and taking his time at explaining things to me what he wants me to do and I will have a follow up visit and hopefully everything will work out well for me.
They made sure everything was good with me and staff was excellent and made sure i was comfortable meaning that i went in for lower back pains . I would recommend mt Sinai hospital. They food was good and the server and staff made sure i also laugh and medicine was administered on time.

The care and hospital staff were great with one minor setback. Sat in family waiting area after having lunch for over an hour to find out my moms surgery was over and she was already in Cardio recovery. I may not have been there when she was done but would've been nice for one to come back and attempt again. Luckily my brother called to find out where I was and told me she came out of it ok and was waiting for me. Nurse Grace and Desylyn were amazing and took very good care of her till discharged. Mom loved them.
I got no compliant they take good Care of me...st.Luke/mount/siania. But mount siania is the hospital. They tranferd my records to Mount siania for medical reasone.
