When it became hard to continue with all my positive energy and I was beginning to loose hope and faith god put me here and even though stilll the past two years have continued to be a struggle my dr Dr Linda Rogers has done nothing but continued to push , fight and follow through with so many different options , medicines and procedures to try and help easy my pain and suffering a d give me a little bit more quality of life. I went to Mt. Sinai to have a kidney surgery that no one else does. My taxi dropped me off at the wrong entrance but as soon as I realized I was in the wrong place someone else did too. A doctor took time out of his busy day to help me find where I was supposed to be and we chatted along the way. When I was in the right place, all of the staff were great! The doctors and nurses all staff are friendly love the way they treat there patient
I had an,MRI done. The techs. there were very helpful. I'm very clostaphobic. They talked me through it. Got it done because of them.
Went to one building, they went me two blocks down to another building, only to have that building send me back to the original one. Building for rehab is old, cracking cabinet doors. Staff very unfriendly and impersonal. They were busy taking personal calls on their cell phones only yo sigh, look at me and say, yes, can I help you? Hope I never have to be a patient there, visiting my sister in law was a bad enough experience.
I was rescheduled. So I had to come back for my unborn baby's ultrasound. Then I get there for the reschedule and there is a delay of over an hour. Sat there for an hour and 40 minutes. Then doctor didnt even scan my stomach or converse with tech. Just said everything looks good and due date is the same.
