Best hospital in upper east side , they gave and give the best quality care to my parents and myself
Our first visit to Mount Sinai had to be one of the best hospital experiences I've ever had But, the second time we went for my husband to have another set of stents was not so good. I nervously waited in the family waiting room, (where they told me to wait). They told me they would come get me when his procedure was done. After three hours and getting inpatient I went to checked on his progress and they told me they tried calling my cellphone but, I had no missed calls. The best liver transplant team of the nation and of the world. I went through three major surgery and two liver transplants in 3 days. They saved my life Now two and a half months after, I feel better everyday. God bless them.

Excellent Doctors, Nurses and people who work there. They know what they are doing.
I waited for 2 hours long just to my see oncologist for a 15 minute follow up. Unbelievable. If I could give them a zero I would!!! I wouldn't recommend this place. I wish I could have stayed at my last hospital no waiting long hours. Hopefully I can see someone else at my union clinic.
