Had outpatient surgery yesterday and the staff was incredibly cheerful, helpful and kind. They even took me in about an hour earlier than planned! Derek the anesthesiologist was fantastic. Glad I had the opportunity to thank him after I woke up. 5-stars for my first surgery experience!

Nothing like hanging out in the ER watching multiple people who came in after you, one with the exact same injury leave. Already have been treated and a doctor hasn't even come by. Pretty bad form. I have nothing nice to say so I'll stop here.
