Exceptional care and exceptional staff. Was happy to know my daughter was in the best place when she had her accident in NYC
Went to ER MS West twice in November, paid every time everything I was told to pay right there at the hospital. In winter started to receive letters from debt collector- apparently I didn’t pay a bill I never knew existed; Mont Sinai never sent me a bill or called me about it- although they had both my NY address and phone number. Every time I went there, I wanted to be sure everything is paid, and every time I was told everything was paid. Unacceptable and Disgusting!
Nurses and.staff are so wonderful and care.about cancer.patients. they are just great
My husband had cervical spine surgery today and I have to give a huge thank you to all the people that helped us today. From administration to the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the surgeon, you were all wonderful! May god continue to bless each and every one of you!
