The entire staff of the pain management clinic on the 14th floor of Mount Sinai West are pretty awesome. They're kind they know all their patients individually and I'm pretty impressed with their level of care

Terrible ER service, staff seems very unwelcoming and rude.
I had an emergency room visit and it was the worst medical care and staff attitude I had ever seen. I've travelled the world and never have I seen such hateful uncaring nurses and physicians. I would not recommend their er to anyone.
Angels in desquise the doctors and the nurses. No complaints I just had a surgery last week .stayed 5 days. Very professional, they explain to me everything was taking place.... God bless them...
