RecommendedThis monument has been on our bucket list for a long and we're happy we got to see it in person. The park service makes it a breeze to visit with no major expense coming out of your pocket.
I am a disabled veteran who lost half my lung capacity in Iraq. Because of my loss, It is difficult for me to wear a mask. Even after explaining this to Barbara at the gift shop entrance, I was denied entry regardless of my disability. Since when are people with disabilities discriminated against in this country and moreover at an iconic Nation Monument such as Mt. Rushmore. I am disgusted.
