My 85 year old dad arrived early for his surgery. They soon put him on a gurney and got him ready for the surgery. He was left on the gurney, though it is obvious that his neck is bad and easy to guess that he has a bad back. Someone came in and said, "It will be another 20 minutes or more." several times.
