RecommendedCannot recommend Mount Carmel East’s Labor & Delivery, NICU and Mother/Infant areas enough! Every single nurse and staff member took care of me and my baby so well and were so special to be with during our time in the hospital! They truly made us feel at home.. Will always return simply for the people who work here!
Every time I come here the ED staff are so rude. Blank stares, antogonistic attitudes, never a smile, act like the patient is disturbing their schedule. What’s up Mt Carmel East? You can do better
Their nurses that work the 7 PM shift are horrible, uncaring and they put bold face lies on your chart to protect their butts. I will chose death if my only option is Mount Carmel East. What a POS ER and nurses! DO NOT USE THIS ER OR HOSPITAL, THEY WITHHOLD YOUR MEDICATIONS AND DO NOT FOLLOW DOCTORS ORDERS. They only care about getting a paycheck not the patients who go there.
Bad service long waiting time
Worst hospital ever I have heard so many stories from people about this place!! Years ago they took the wrong disc from my Dad's back and now my dear friend had to be transferred to OSU after heart surgery!!! Absolutely no communication loved one goes to heart surgery and nobody updates the family the waiting room is in front of a busy entrance door gift shop and they call it a heart center I've been to other heart centers and this one is a joke!!! Just go the extra miles to a place not affiliated
worse hospital i have ever been too
Came in with my own urine sample as red as a stop sign. Have been urinating excessive amounts of blood and im in excruciating pain. Gave them another sample 2 1/2 hours ago because they couldnt use the one i brought in and even tho im losing more blood im still in the waiting lobby. When i asked about the wait i was told i can leave whenever i want and that i have "only been here for 3 hours".... And ur tellin me that this is acceptable in any field of work? Do not i repeat do not come to this hospital for anything
It was a great hospital. Took care of my both my babies
Theyhave hard working friendly skilled nurses. They need newer equipment, more equipment, more pillows, a faster ER, more rooms. THEY NEED BETTER FOOD FOR STAFF AND P ATIENTS. You can't get welll with Unhealthy food.
