My 72 year old mother was taken to your hospital for chest pain a week ago tomorrow. She has dementia and was alone!!!!! She can’t make decisions on her own!!I am her POA and I wasn’t able to be with her at all. I sat in the parking lot for 5 hours while she sat confused as to why she was their. Even thought there is a no visitor policy for covid this should’ve been a no brained. worse hospital we have ever been to!!! Staff is extremely rude, the Dr would not call us back even at the request of the patient advocate. I was given a code to call and check on my husband when I needed to, but when I called they hung up on me! Dr scheduled my husband for surgery, didn't tell him he was having surgery, much less what its for, no consent was signed, NOTHING!!! we put the call light on, only to be ignored and the nurse shut it off from the nurses station. if you have an elderly parent do not take them to this hospital. they will over medicate them keep them drugged up tie them down and basically give them extremely poor care. if you love your elderly family member take them anywhere but this hospital.

because I have cancer. I am on chemo. rode with my sister on KAT transportation because she can't ride it alone. I was thrown out in 40 degree weather because I was wearing a shield instead of a mask for medical reasons that I explained. was told I could sit in area where you first enter between lobby and outside, which I did with my protective shield on, 10 minutes later I was told to leave the premises because I refused to wear a mask!!! I've been here a few times over the last 6 months and ended up needing surgery as well. I've never had a bad experience here. everyone has been extremely friendly, helpful, and caring. I won't go anywhere else for care.
