Very respectful, professional, and nice. I went for an annual skin check about 2 months ago and expressed concerns about infertility. I had been going here for years and had a painful mole that I wanted removed. She said she needed a prior authorization from my insurance and they would NEVER get it or follow up when they said they would call me back. This went on for 2 years. Then after the second request I received a phone call telling me I had cancer when I was still waiting on the authorization and never had anything removed! I went to a new office and they removed my mole and said it didn't even require a prior authorization.
Top Notch Dr.,she is and always pleasant,professional and even stays late for me after closing to see me,Wow,Wow,who does that,I know she is always busy,so I try to Keep my mouth shut so I dont hold her up,and she still ask me how Im doing and everything else,I will always see her and recommend her always.
