Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Would you recommend this dermatologist to others? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Dr Mouton is the most kind, caring, brilliant doctor I've ever been to and would highly recommend her. This, coming from someone that is not very trustful of doctors. The staff is courteous and helpful and the environment is airy and clean. You won't be sorry you made an appointment.

My son was diagnosed with impetigo at Mercy tonight. It took one visit. Dr. Paulette Levy diagnosed my son with a "virus from a pool" and had us return over a period of 3 weeks (3 visits), only giving us some cream to apply to it. At one of the visits she cut 6 of the blisters off my son which was very painful and that is exactly how impetigo is spread and made worse. She put my son through unnecessary pain and put my whole family at risk of getting impetigo. My son is now taking 3 prescriptions, 1 of which is prescribed to ... read more
