Horrible experience!! Long story short. Loan officer did not know what she was doing. Made promises she could not keep. Was given bad advice. Was told I would get a refund for 800 appraisal that was of no use. Did not get refund or mortgage due to incompetence. I was prequalified with good debt to income ratio and excellent credit.
