They should be named 14 DAYS OF BS! Promised me a loan, told me I was qualified for 1.5M on a house purchase, and couldn't close on a simple 500K loan. On top of this there fees are crazy high, for example appraisal $1k, my other mortgage broker was $650K. The place is a rip off. BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY!
