Absolute fckin waste of time. And their employees like Mathushan Sivarajasingam don't even care to respond after repeated emails over 3 months. One word - AVOID!
I would highly recommending selling home, consumer proposal or bankruptcy before this company. They are friendly and professional for the most 2 part. Their product is right at the line of loan sharking 347 criminal code. The 12.75 rate sounds reasonable for a second mortgage. Now if you are lucky enough to pay at end of first year its 12.75 penalty to leave. That after needs renewal. So 25.5 and it is 12.5 not reducing daily. The,then show you 9 pages of lender fee. Big waste of my time. At the beginning of my process, while speaking with Matthew, I was told that Heloc rates were at about 3% which I had researched to be accurate. After I had supplied all my credit information, Matthew called to tell me he had an approval at the lowest rate. To my surprise, after asking what that rate was he said 5.99% which I found odd and disappointing. I'm dumbfounded at all of the stellar reviews. Nuborrow and Matthew completely wasted my time.
PJ and the entire Nuborrow team were incredible. They made the entire process of getting a mortgage painless and enjoyable...They don't stop there they follow up with you to see if your doing ok with you finical situation..They make you feel human and just a number they really care...I would recommend them to anyone in need of finical assistance....
