Ben, Rachel and the team are genuinely great people to deal with. Friendly, honest and very transparent throughout the whole process. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. When I received my bike back from the repair, it was clear they had paid great attention to every detail. They made everything straightforward and were always happy to answer questions, which made the whole experience easy and stress free. I only wish I had found them earlier! Couldn’t recommend them enough :)
What a champion. I went in there to see if I installed the levers properly as a new comer to the bike world and not only he checked them on the spot then straightened out the side protection as well. I'll definitely be back to these guys without a doubt..! Awesome service!!
